Mission Statement
The mission of HeartBeat Trust is to prevent and treat heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases through the development and deployment of novel approaches which are innovative, multi-disciplinary and supported by evidence from leading-edge research.
Vision:
The vision of HeartBeat Trust is threefold:
- To work towards reducing the incidence of heart failure across Ireland by 30% by 2030
- To extend our innovative approaches (prevention, structured care and virtual consultation services) into other chronic conditions;
- To work with international partners to share our knowledge and expertise in other countries experiencing similar challenges in relation to cardiovascular care and other chronic diseases.
